GOLDEN PEACH CRUNCH
2 - 28 ounce cans canned sliced peaches in juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Drain peaches well. Place in a ungreased, large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch and lemon juice.Toss lightly to coat.
In a bowl mix together oatmeal, butter, brown sugar and salt. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
