MONA'S VANILLA ICE CREAM

8 junket tablets In 1/4 cup of cool water and set aside.

pour into large pan THE FOLLOWING:

3 qts. Whole milk

2 cans of evaporated milk

1 � cups of coffee creamer

2 cups sugar

warm to luke warm stirring to dissolve sugar

add 8 tsp. Vanilla (pure)

Pour the dissolved junket tablets in the milk. Stir only twice and pour right into freezer....

Let set for 10 minutes and then let cool for a few minutes.with ice on ithe cream... then freeze according to your freezer's directions.. Use lots
of salt And We have to use about 3 bags of ice.... when done WIPE OFF THE LID , take out the dasher and push
down the cream on the sides and then put wax paper over and then the lid back onthen cover with ice in a bag and let
set for about 1 to 2 hours..
