ORANGE JELLO TAPIOCA SALAD

2 small pkg of orange jello (I use sugar free because I can't tell the difference)
2 small pkg of tapioca pudding (not instant)
3 Cups boiling water
1 large cool whip
1 (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small can of mandarin oranges (drained)
Mix jello and tapioca together --add boiling water. Mix and put in refrigerator to partially set. Fold in coolwhip, then fold in crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chill and serve!
