Rhubarb Crisp
4 cups chopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen, thawed)
cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
For topping:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 cup butter, melted
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a big bowl.
Put into a buttered 8 inch square baking dish
To make topping:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle over fhubarb mixture
and bake in 375 oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
