Frozen Fruit Dessert
given to me by Joan Poorman
1 can Orange juice, frozen - 20 oz. Thaw and use both as they come out of the can…..
1 can Lemonade, frozen - 6 oz.
20 oz Frozen strawberries sliced sweeten
6 med chucked not too ripe bananas.
2 cans crushed pineapple 12 oz. Ea.
In own juice and use it
1 can fruit cocktail in light syrup 20 oz. drained
* Mix all ingredients and freeze in a large contianer.
I FREEZE IN PLASTIC GLASSES THAT ARE ABOUT 1 CUP SIZE
WITH GLAD PRESS"N SEAL..... When ready to serve, thaw until slushy.
* A serving equals 1 cup.
Very good and when I ate it at night my sugar was great in the morning.....
