No-Cook Peanut Pasta
4 servings/Serving size: 1 cup pasta, 2 Tbsp sauce
Shelf-Stable Foods: peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, hoisin sauce, linguine
Also Visit: salad bar for green onions; produce for garlic
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp minced green onions
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp hoisin sauce
4 cups hot cooked linguine
1.Combine all ingredients for the sauce and toss with hot cooked linguine.
