Surprise South Beach Mashed "Potatoes"
4 C cauliflower florets
2 T trans-free butter spray
1 oz fat-free 1/2 and 1/2 (I used 2% milk when I was on WW)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Steam cauliflower for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Puree in food processor; adding other ingredients.
