    Turkey Bread Stuffing Turkey Bread Stuffing

    Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
    1/3 cup (80mL) butter
    3/4 lbs (340g) mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1 stalk celery
    8 cups (1.9L) low sodium bread stuffing cubes, unseasoned
    1 1/2 cups (360mL) low sodium chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp (7.5mL) dried sage (optional)
    Directions
    1. Clean and slice mushrooms. Chop onion and celery.
    2. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) or put stuffing into oven when turkey is cooking.
    3. Spray a 2 quart (2L) casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
    4. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
    5. Place bread cubes in large bowl, add chicken broth and stir well. Add vegetables, sage (if using) and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend.
    6. Mix well and place into prepared casserole. Bake 45 minutes, serve with roast turkey.
