Aunt Mona's Deviled Eggs
Put a dozen eggs that are at least 5 days old in a pan with
a heaping tsp. of salt and
with cold water covering them. Bring to a rolling boil and
then cover with a lid and turn off the heat and let set for
20 minutes.
Peel them using directions on egg peeler and then cut longways
put the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another bowl...
Mash the yolks with a fork and add mustrad, mayo, salt and pepper to your taste. pUT THE YELLOW YORK MIX INTO A SANDWICH BAG AND CUT EDGE OFF AND PUSH THE MIXTURE INTO THE WHITES...Fill the whites and put in the refrig. uncovered for a few hours and then cover and put back in the refrig. until ready to serve.....
