    12 eggs, hardboiled

    2 T. mustard or 2 more tsp. mustard and no vineger

    2 T. vinegar

    salt and pepper to taste

    1/3 - 1/2 c. MAYO or enough to make mixture smooth and creamy)


    Scoop out yellow and mash. Add other ingredients and spoon into eggs.
    . Chill until ready to serve.
