IN BOWL MIX AND THEN MAKE INTO PATTIES

2 TEASPOONS FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY
1/2 VIDALIA (OR SOME OTHER SWEET) ONION, FINELY DICED 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS ( COULD PROBABLY USE FINELY CRUSHED CRACKERS)
1/2 TEASPOON CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
1 TEASPOON SEA SALT 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
( OR CAN USE LEMON ZEST) 1 EGG FRY UNTIL DONE IN 2 TABLESPOONS GRAPE SEED OIL. DILL MAYONNAISE 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE 1-2 TABLESPOONS FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL PINCH CAYENNE PEPPER
1/2 TEASPOON SEA SALT 1/2 TSP. CRACKED BLACK PEPPER MIX AND SERVE WITH SALMON BURGERS
