It is easy and soooo good..
Tonya’s Italian Beef
in crockpot
layer the following at least teicr
1 (4 1/2 lbs) Rump roast sliced thin
1 large onion sliced
Italian seasoning
1 12-oz. jar Pepperoncini peppers, with the liquid
1 can (12 ounces) beer or more
We used beer and covered the beef as you want some broth for dipping
(you choose the flavor), or use 1 1/2 cups beef broth
Hard Rolls, Bulkie Rolls, French Bread, etc.
Start on high fir 4 hours then on low for 6 ½ hours..
