Chicken Fried Steak

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
2 pounds beef cube steaks
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package McCormick® Original Country Gravy Mix
2 cups cold water
Recipe
1. Mix flour with Season-All. Dip steaks into milk and coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping until milk and flour are gone.
2. Fry steaks in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes per side or until done.
3. While steaks are cooking, empty gravy mix into a 2-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in water with a whisk until smooth. Cook over medium-high heat until thickened, stirring frequently. Simmer 1 minute. Serve gravy over steak.
