Glazed Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, divided
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef (I use a beef/pork/veal mixture)
1-1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup onions or 1 TBS toasted minced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 egg whites, beaten slightly
1 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice with mustard. Stir thoroughly. Set aside.
Combine beef, remaining lemon juice, bread crumbs, onions, egg whites, garlic and bouillon. Mix thoroughly then add 1/2 of the glaze sauce and stir.
Place meatloaf in loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Pour any accumulated fat off. Drizzle remaining sauce over top and bake 10 mins. more uncovered.
