meatloaf recipe is a very basic recipe... I didn't exactly measure a lot of the ingredients, as they were "to taste" Here is what I did (remember I am feeding 4 adults, an 11-year-old and a 3-year-old).
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped very fine
Salt, pepper, garlic salt and seasoning salt, to taste
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
Combine oats and milk; allow to sit about 20 minutes to soften.
Mix all remaining ingredients; press into large loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for about 2 hours or until no longer pink. Allow to stand 15-20 minutes before slicing.
