Chicken Tetrazzini
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked thin spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
1 c. mushrooms
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked white meat of chicken
1 Tbsp. salt
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add mushrooms, add milk and stir until
thickened. Add 1/2 cheese to mixture (remaining ingredients). Mix with
sauce. Pour mixture into greased casserole and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 minutes in 350ø oven. Makes 6 servings.
