ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN
Italian Baked Chicken
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 whole chicken breasts, split
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat
until butter melts. Place chicken in a
12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour sauce over
chicken. Bake uncovered at 325ø for 1
hour or until tender. Serves 4.
