CRANBERRY WALDORF FLUFF
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups fresh cranberries, ground
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups finely chopped tart apples
1/2 cup green grapes, sliced in half
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Combine marshmallows, cranberries and sugar; chill
overnight. Add
apples, grapes, nuts? and salt. Fold in whipped cream; chill.
Serve in
large bowl or individual lettuce cups. Garnish with clusters of
grapes and
fresh cranberries, if desired.
8-10 servings Suitable as a salad or dessert.
