    Easy Marinated Vegetable Salad

    1 can French Style Green Beans, drained

    1 can Shoepeg corn, drained

    1 can Little Sweet Peas, drained

    1 small jar diced pimento and juice

    1 small onion chopped

    Mix all of the above in a bowl.

    1/2 cup of sugar

    1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

    1/2 cup of oil (Crisco)

    Heat the sugar and vinegar together to dissolve the suar, let cool, then add the oil. Stir and put on the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
