Egg Salad Supreme
Egg salad supreme
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Pinch pepper
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped finely
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon pimento
Combine ingredients and chill for 3
hours.
For extra fancy egg salad, add 1 can
sliced ripe olives (drained).
