MY POTATO SALAD
5 lb. of white potatoesI peeled and cubed.
Cooked until tender. Put 1 dozen eggs on to boil, start in cold water,
after bringing to a boil turn down to simmer for 20 minutes with lid on.
when the eggs are done, cool in cold water and peel,
rinse off the eggs so there is no shell left.
I use my egg slicer turning the egg both ways by holding it together as I turn it.
put in with the potatoes, mustrad, mayo, dill relish, sea salt, pepper,chopped onions, celery seed and mix.
You have to taste to get it to your liking.
My kids like it with a kick so the potato salad is a yellow shade from mustrad.
I put at least 1 tablespoon of celery seed, and lots of
good sweet onion,
