CUCUMBER SALAD

Peel and slice VERY thin, a few cucumbers! Use a slicer if possible.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle in some dill if you like that.
Then, add about a cup of low fat sour cream to the cucumbers.
Stir real well.
It is better if it sits for a bit (15 minutes) in the fridge. My aunt from Germany makes this all the time and it is the best. She has a name for it, but I have no idea how to spell! So... ENJOY
