    SALAD SUPREME

    1 Package Mixed Salad Greens (I use Dole)
    6 Plum (Roma) Tomatoes, Diced
    8 Mini Koser Dill Pickles, Chopped
    4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    2 Cubs Ham, Diced (I use the already diced ham)
    1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
    1 Bottle (8 Ounce) Ranch Dressing (Peppercorn Ranch can be used)

    Layer ingredients, starting with the mixed salad greens in large salad bowl. Pour salad dressing over top , making sure everything is covered. Refrigerate overnight. This salad can be an entree for a summer meal or as part of a meal. I make it for church picnics, etc. and the bowl is always empty when the picnic is over!
