    Mona's CHICKEN SALAD

    CHICKEN SALAD

    I use skinless and boneless chicken breats and legs,I salt and
    peper the chicken and add poultry seasoning . No water.

    Baked for lhour at 350 drgrees or until the chicken is very tender.

    I cool the chicken for a bit and then cut up the meat into small pieses, add dill relish, boiled eggs, (aaat least 4 or 5), dash of Mrs. Dash and mix well with mayonaisse. Mix up a stiff salad, be carfull not to use too much mayonaisse.

    Soemtimes I just test the salad by eating some and adding more things if needbe. This is one that I stay with as I made it up myself I have strict orders from the family NOT to change a thing. LOL they are always telling me that.

    I like to stuff tomatoes with the chicken salad.
