    CRANBERRY JEZEBEL SAUCE & Jezebel (this is a Welsh Recipe)'

    CRANBERRY JEZEBEL SAUCE

    1 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
    3 Tblsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tblsp. Dijon mustard

    Combine the first three ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat; add cranberries. Return to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; let cool to room temperature. Stir in horseradish and mustard; cover and chill.

    Jezebel (this is a Welsh Recipe)'
    1 18 oz jar pineapple preserves
    1 18 oz jar apple jelly
    1 5 oz jar horseradish
    6 oz prepared mustard
    1 T. ground black pepper

    Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan. Heat until all the ingredients have melted together. Cool slightly and pour into small jars with lids (any type of jar will do but I used 1/2 pint Jelly jars). Refrigerate 3 days before using to allow flavors to blend .
    Great on any kind of meat.
