    Enchilada Sauce
    I made some adjustments to a friend's recipe and came up with this last night. I will NEVER buy enchilada sauce again! YUM!
    1 can tomato sauce (I think it was about 12 oz?)
    1 C prepared salsa
    1/4 C chopped onion
    1 tsp mexican oregano
    1 tsp fajita seasoning or cumin
    1 T garlic powder
    2 T chili powder
    1 T brown sugar
    Simmer 20-30 mins. Very tasty. You could certainly spice it up a bit but my BF doesn't like spicy so I added hot sauce to my own portion later. Worked like a charm!
