    CROCKPOT POTATO SOUP


    Crockpot Potato Soup

    6 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 Onions, chopped
    1 Carrot, sliced thin
    1 Stalk Celery, sliced thin
    4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
    5 Cups Water
    1 Tbsp. Salt
    Pepper - to taste
    13 oz. Can Evaporated Milk

    Put all ingredients except milk into crockpot.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 -12 hours or on
    high 3 - 4 hours. Stir in milk during last hour.
