My chicken noodle soup
I use chicken thighs so I can skin them and then wash abd plaxe in a large pan.'I season with turkish seasoning, salt, pepper, chicken broth and vegetable bouillion along wih small chips of celery and carrots.I use the leaves of celery with stalks and remove after cooking.. Cover with water.. Boil and then turn down on simmer for a few hours... Take out the highs and cool them and cut into bite sizes hunks...
Bring broth to a boil and add noodles, cook until tender and add the pieces of chicken... If I want thick noodles and not soup I just cook more noodles in the broth...I love the Turkish seasoning and the flovor of veg. bouillion..
