Bread Stuffing

1 loaf bread
2 eggs
2 stalks celery -- chopped
1/2 small onion -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups broth
Crumble bread into a large bowl and set aside.
In a smaller bowl, beat eggs. Add celery, onion,
sage, salt and pepper, mixing well. Add egg
mixture to bread. Add broth and mix until very
moist. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.
