2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (2.5 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup ginger ale
Throw all ingredients into a pot with a tight-fitting lid and bake at 350° F. for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Yield: 6 servings. We like this over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
