Professional or Baker's Grease

Professional or Baker's Grease: equal parts of Crisco shortening, oil, and flour. (For a large amount, use 1 cup each)
It is usually sold in cake supply stores, but you can mix your own. I just store mine in a tupperware container and then brush liberally on my cake pan.
Use a pastry brush to apply the grease on the inside of your pan
No need to follow up with a flour sprinkling.
Store it in a cool cupboard or in a covered container in the refrigerator.
