FROZEN CUCUMBERS.....
12 CUCUMBEERS, PEELED AND SLICED not TOO THIN.
2 ONIONS, SLICED
2 GREEN PEPPERS,CHOPPED
MIX THESE TOGETHER IN STAINLESS STEEL PAN OR LARG BOWL.........
.MIX 2 CUPS OF WHITE VINEGAR,
2 CUPS SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF SEA SALT (use less if want)
. BRING TO A BOIL AND BOIL UNTIL CLEAR..
. COOL AND THEN POUR OVER THE CUCUMBERS, ONIONS AND
PEPPERS
AND LET SET OVER NIGHT OUT OF REFRIG.
AND THEN PACK TO FREEZE IN PINT JARS OR
WHATEVER...WE EAT THEM FRESH NOW AND I HAVE THEM IN THE REFRIG. ALL SUMMER
LONG.....THEY ARE SOOO GOOD....THEY WILL KEEP QUITE A WHILE IN THE REFRIG.. IF YOU
FREEZE LET THEM THAW OM REFRIG.BUT BEST WHILE ICEIS STILL ON THEM...THEY ARE THE
BEST...MONA
