    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
    • 1 cup ground almonds
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until melted and smooth. Off heat, add next 3 ingredients. Line baking sheet with foil; grease foil. Put rounded teaspoonfuls 5-inches apart (only do 3 at a time). Bake at 350' for 6-8 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove 1 at a time and roll around cone. Slip off and cool on wire rack. Combine rest of ingredients; chill 30 minutes. Beat stiff; pipe into cookies. (If cookies harden too quickly to shape, return to oven for 1 minute to soften.)
