This is an easy bread that smells and tastes like Christmas.
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons SAF yeast
Recipe
Put in machine for dough cycle. After it's finished, punch it down and cut in 3 sections. Roll each out and shape into braid on parchment paper. To braid, start in the middle and braid out to the ends. Tuck ends under. Let rise 30-35 minutes. Bake @350` for 30 minutes. Watch it so you don't overbake. When cool, glaze with pwd. sugar, butter and milk glaze.
