Brown Sugar Crumb Coffee Cake

This is a tender, delicious coffeecake.

List of Ingredients

4 cups flour
4 cups brown sugar
2 cups butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups buttermilk
2 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla






Recipe

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and nuts together with your hands until crumbly. Set one cup aside. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Put saved mix crumbled on top. Bake in 350` oven for 40-60 minutes.

Marian's note: I baked this in a glass 10 1/2 x 15" baking dish at 325` for 45 minutes.
