Pineapple Cake
An easy, moist cake.
List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple -- (20 oz)
Frosting:
1 package cream cheese -- (8 oz)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
Mix all cake ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake 30-40 minutes in 350 F. oven. While cake is baking, mix all frosting ingredients together and spread on cake right out of the oven.
Variation: Use 1 c. brown sugar for one of the white sugars, add some walnuts and in the icing use 2 c. pwd. sugar instead of one.
