    Here's a never-fail fudge that's rich and creamy.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sugar
    3/4 cup butter
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips -- (2 cups)
    1 7 oz. marshmallow cream
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla




    Recipe



    Microwave butter in 8 c. pyrex measuring bowl for 1 minute. Add sugar and milk; mix well. MW on high 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil. Stir after 3
    minutes. Mix well, scrape bowl. MW 5 1/2 minutes stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 or 7x11 pan. Coll to room temp. Makes ~ 3 lbs. candy.
