    A creamy, delicious corn dish.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 15 oz. creamed corn
    1 15 oz. whole kernal corn with liquid
    1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    grated cheese

    Recipe



    Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan. Cover with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
