    A favorite cookie at our house.

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 10 oz. peanut butter chips

    Recipe



    Stir together dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets (you can find these handy sheets at www.kingarthurflour.com in packages of 100. They are reusable for the whole batch of cookies). Bake for 8-9 minutes - don't overbake. Cool slightly; remove to rack to let cool.
