Saucy Skillet Fish

Recipe Introduction
This is our favorite way to serve halibut.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds fish - such as cod or halibut
1 medium onion -- sliced
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Recipe
Melt butter and saute onion. Remove and set aside. Mix flour, salt and paprika. Coat fish and cook in frying pan with more butter. Remove. Put onion back in frying pan, add sour cream, basil, heat through and serve.
