Beef, Peas and Onions

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion -- chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms -- wiped clean, halved
1 16 oz. frozen peas
1 1/2 cups cooked beef -- bite size pieces
1 cup gravy from stew or roast
1/4 cup dry red wine
Recipe
Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil until onion is soft. Add peas, beef, gravy and wine, stir to mix and lower the heat to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, then salt to taste. Serve over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
