Place the meat in heavy foil large enough to seal or baking dish with lid. Mix soups together and pour over the roast. Bake 3-4 hours in a slow oven - 250-300 -depending on when you want it to finish. OR put the roast in a crock pot and soup over that. Cook on low all day. Use the resulting gravy over mashed potatoes. When I have leftover meat and gravy I make a meat gravy for noodles. Put gravy in large saucepan and add chopped meat. Add sliced mushrooms and just before serving add some frozen peas. Heat long enough to heat peas but not cook. Serve over noodles or leftover mashed potatoes.
