Oriental Chicken Nuggets

The time it takes to make these is well worth it...I can never make enough.
List of Ingredients
6 chicken breast halves -- 1 1/2 " chunks
2 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup vinegar
Recipe
Bring sauce ingredients to a boil. Sprinkle chicken nuggets with garlic salt. Dip pieces in beaten eggs and roll in cornstarch. Fry in a little oil until brown. Put in baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake 45 minutes, turning once. Serve with hot rice.
