Recipe Introduction

This recipe has a raw egg yolk in it...make sure your egg is fresh and clean or use a pasteurized egg found in some grocery stores such as Trader Joes.

List of Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg yolk
2-3 tbsp. milk



Recipe

Combine and whip well or blend in blender. Chill. Serve over green salad.
