Fiesta Corn Marinated Salad

Recipe Introduction
I have used frozen corn in this recipe. I also chopped lettuce into the mixture once. If you do that, don't plan on keeping leftovers as the lettuce wilts too much.
List of Ingredients
Marinade:
2 tablespoons dry Taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
Additional Ingredients:
1 can whole kernal corn -- drained
2 ripe tomatoes -- diced
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup green peppers -- diced
1 small onion -- diced
Recipe
Mix marinade; set aside. It improves with age. Mix corn, tomatoes, olives, pepper and onion. Add marinade. Chill for 12-24 hours. Stir occasionally.
You could add black beans and cilantro as well to make it even tastier.
