    This salad has an interesting combination of flavors. It really is very tasty...even the kids liked it. I served the bleu cheese on the side.

    List of Ingredients




    baby greens
    cooked, chopped chicken
    apples, chopped
    bleu cheese, crumbled
    red onions chopped
    cilantro chopped
    corn - thawed and drained if frozen
    peanuts
    Dressing:
    ranch dressing mixed with bar-b-que sauce to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all the salad ingredients together and serve with some toasted bread. Enjoy.
