    1 cup milk
    3 Tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup shortening
    1 cup granulated sugar
    3 teaspoons vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine milk and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook and stir until thick. Cool completely. Combine margarine, shortening, sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add to cooled mixture and beat until like whipped cream.
