    I really wish I could remember who I got this recipe from so I could give them credit as it is my most requested recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless chicken breasts halves
    1 envelope Italian Dressing Mix
    1/2 cup water, white wine or chicken broth
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 - 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces

    Recipe



    Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Mix together dressing mix and liquid of your choice. Pour over chicken and cook on low 3 hours.

    Mix softened cream cheese, coup and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cook one hour longer. Serve over rice or pasta.
