1 egg
1 can French Onion Soup
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustardRecipe
Beat eggs, stir in 1/3 cup soup, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add beef, mixing gently. Shape into 6 oval patties. Brown over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes each side. Remove from pan, set aside, discard drippings from pan. Combine flour and water in skillet until smooth. Add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup. Bring to boil, cooking and stirring 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet. Cover and simmer until no longer pink in middle. Serve meat and gravy over noodles or rice.
