Au Gratin Sausage Skillet

1 pound polish sausage, halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 Tablespoons oil
1 - 5 1/4 ounce package au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 cups water
1 - 8 ounce package frozen California Blend Vegetables
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Brown sausage slices in oil, drain. Add 2 1/2 cups water, then sauce mix and potatoes, mix well. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add vegetables, cover and cook 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
